The Borealis Flamenco Festival Series 2025 is pleased to present this exciting Flamenco workshop on the weekend of September 13 and 14, 2025.

Flamenco Beginner Technique is a 2 day class that will introduce participants to the different facets of basic Flamenco dance including introductory footwork, arm / body movement, and simple dance combinations. It's a wonderful opportunity to try a Flamenco class and discover new movement aesthetics that can turn into a life long passion and learning.

Artistic director, dancer and instructor Lina Kazan will lead a dynamic, gentle and fun class. No prior Flamenco experience is required.

*Students with some Flamenco experience are also welcome in this workshop to review basic technique and ease into dance shape for the upcoming dance season.
